Job: Occupational Health Physician

Location: UK-wide

Contract: Part-time or self-employed (ad hoc support available)

Salary / Day Rate: Competitive – discussed based on experience and availability

One day you might be guiding a client through a complex sickness absence case. Another, supporting fitness‑for‑task decisions in safety‑critical industries, or advising on ill‑health retirement. Your work brings clarity, reassurance and direction – for people and businesses alike.

You’ll be supported by a welcoming, experienced clinical team, strong governance, and the freedom to work in a way that suits your availability.

The role you’ll be doing

Providing high‑quality Occupational Health support through:

Telephone and video consultations
Sickness absence and case management
Ill‑health retirement advice
Pre‑placement assessments
Health surveillance

You’ll also have opportunities to develop experience in:

Safety‑critical medicals
Fitness‑for‑task assessments
Oil & gas sector work

Who we’re looking for

GMC‑registered doctor
DipOccMed, AFOM or MFOM (or working towards)
Evidence of ongoing CPD and revalidation
Experience in safety‑critical or oil & gas work welcomed, but not essential
