Company Overview

We are a family owned Building and Groundwork Contractor, working throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. Our mission is to deliver high-quality construction and civil engineering solutions while maintaining strong community values.

Summary

We are seeking a Working Site Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role is based in Oxfordshire and plays a vital part in our commitment to excellence in building and groundwork services.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
You will be expected to be hands-on on site with undertaking tasks as required
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on site.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in civil or building projects.
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Trade background preferable
Relevant certifications such as CSCS or SMSTS are preferred.

Pay: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
