About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of mainstream and SEND settings. Working under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENCOs, you will help to deliver engaging lessons, support students’ learning and emotional wellbeing, and play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support pupils one-on-one or in small groups to boost engagement and progress
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Work closely with children with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to their individual needs
- Help deliver interventions and contribute to EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff alike

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred)
- A genuine interest in working with children and young people
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working with children (formal or informal) is a plus, but not essential
