We work with brands including Carlsberg, Heineken, Mondelez, Diageo, The FA, NHS England, The Perfume Shop and more.

Based in Birmingham, we produce work across the UK for some of the world’s biggest brands but we still approach every project with the mindset of filmmakers first.

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Video Producer to join our production team.

This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll be involved across the entire production process:

Pre-production
Filming
Editing
Creative development
Supporting shoots
Helping bring ideas to life

You’ll work closely with our senior team and directors, learning fast and contributing from day one.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience.

You do need to show us that you care about filmmaking.

Maybe you’ve made short films. Shot documentaries. Created YouTube content. Travel films.. Music videos. TikToks. Passion projects. We want to see work that shows creativity, instinct and potential.

Ideally, you’ll:

Be confident using cameras
Be comfortable editing (Premiere Pro)
Understand the importance of good audio
Have a strong visual eye
Love storytelling and cinematography
Bring ideas into brainstorms
Be ambitious, proactive and hungry to improve

Most importantly, you’ll understand that great creative work comes from collaboration, effort and being part of a team.

No egos. No clock-watchers. Just people who love making brilliant content.

Show Us Your Work

Agency experience isn’t essential but you will need a driving licence and ideally a car.

We want to see examples of films or content you’ve shot and edited yourself. If you don't have anything to show us then don't apply for this role.
