If you live and breathe content, have creativity in your blood, and know how to craft visuals that don’t just look good but demand attention, then we should talk. We’re looking for someone switched on, social-first, and always five steps ahead, who can turn ideas into slick, high-impact video campaigns, whether it’s shooting on location, editing killer reels, or flying a drone to get that perfect shot.

→ Video, Photo & Drone: Shooting, editing, and delivering top-tier content that makes brands pop.

→ Social-First Thinking: You know what works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—and how to make it stick.

→ Creative Problem-Solving: Taking briefs and running with them, adding your own ideas, and making them better.

→ Fast-Paced Execution: Campaigns move fast. You’ll be agile, adaptable, and always on your toes.

→ End-to-End Content Creation: From storyboarding to post-production, you’re across it all.

Duties

Develop, create, and edit engaging content for multiple channels including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute multimedia projects that align with our brand strategy.
Utilise video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere to produce compelling video content.
Design graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite to support various campaigns.
Capture high-quality photographs that reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
Edit videos using Adobe After Effects to create visually appealing animations and effects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content creation to ensure our strategies remain innovative.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design is essential.
Proficiency in video editing software including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects is required.
Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator and the broader Adobe Creative Suite are highly desirable.
Experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: £32,263.00-£37,000.00 per year
