Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Reformer Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential. Salary will vary from £25-£30 per class depending on experience.
Duties
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate client progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive and inclusive class atmosphere that encourages client participation and collaboration.
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate various teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programme.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
Requirements
- A relevant teaching qualification or degree in the subject area is essential
- Qualification in Pre/Post Natal is a bonus
- Previous experience in an instructional role is advantageous but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
