The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs across multiple disciplines. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Painting & Decorating
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- General Repairs
- Landscaping
- Small Electrical Installations
- Bathroom installations
- Kitchen Installations
Requirements
- Proven Experience in property maintenance
- Knowledge of repairing household items
- Flexible attitude to tasks
- Your own tools
- A car or van
- Live within 45 minute radius of Colchester
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £150.00 per day
