Job Description:
Allied Pharmacies is a chain of pharmacies based on partnerships with local pharmacists. We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, and pleasant team player who is customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills . To be successful in this role you will need a desire to learn and progress in our business.

Allied Pharmacies have an exciting opportunity available for an in-house Trainee Payroll Assistant to join our head office based in St Helens.

Responsibilities Will Include

Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining data integrity
Assist with the year end process and HMRC submissions accurately
Assist with complex payroll queries
Reconciliation of payroll
Support to the wider accounts team to help cover
Skills/ Experience

Microsoft Excel - experience with formulas, etc.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet challenging deadlines
Proficient with Excel and data imports
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver difficult decisions when needed
