The group comprises of a number of highly successful restaurant brands in the Midlands, including Lasan, Fiesta Del Asado and Sonrisa.

We're looking for a creative Marketing & Design Manager to join our Head Office team.

What it's all about:

Plan and deliver Marketing campaigns to drive footfall into our restaurants;
Manage all social media content, bringing to life one of UK’s most exciting hospitality Brands;
Create and maintain a seasonal and annual calendar of events that will capitalise on keys dates, driving sales across the business;
Design visual assets for on/off line campaigns;
Embrace our company values of Ownership, Conscientiousness and Forward Thinking!

The Person We’re Looking For

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing & Design Manager to plan and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across the Lasan Group.

This role is central to connecting with both our existing guests and new audiences, helping to drive awareness, engagement, and sustained growth across our restaurants. You will have the ability to adapt communication and campaigns to different target audiences, ensuring that messaging resonates across multiple platforms and guest demographics.

You will be responsible for delivering creative, data-informed marketing campaigns that respond to guest behaviour, industry trends, and business objectives, ultimately driving footfall and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the art and craft of marketing, bringing a wealth of ideas and a strong toolkit of techniques to promote our restaurants and enhance the public image of the Lasan Group. You will be confident creating engaging written content across digital and offline channels, with proven experience in copywriting and content delivery.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is highly creative, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to help shape the voice and visual identity of one of Birmingham’s most exciting and innovative hospitality brands.
