We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Martin and Carr on a full-time basis.

Our Pershore and Evesham surgeries are well-equipped, friendly practices with a loyal client base and strong ties to the local community. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of vets, nurses and support staff who value kindness, communication and teamwork. We actively encourage professional development and clinical freedom.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

40 hours per week

Four-day working week to support work-life balance

1 in 4 Saturday morning rota

General Responsibilities

Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied small animal caseload

Support surgical procedures and theatre work

Run nurse consultations and contribute to preventative healthcare

Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the clinical environment

Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS
