JN Building Services provides high quality electrical installations for a variety of customers locally. We speciliase within the commercial / industrial sector. We service clients such as Universities, colleges, schools, office buildings & leisure centres.
The day to day job role as an electrician will include the following
- Attending planned and reactive maintenance on a range of sites.
- Electrical installation, both for new and existing systems.
- Testing and inspection.

You must meet the following requirements;
- Electrical experience. Minimum 3 Years
- 18th Edition.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach.
- Must have experience of working on commercial and industrial projects.
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Able to work closely with our project managers and clients to help deliver projects on time and to budget.
- Have good communication and organisations skills, ensuring all paperwork is kept in excellent order.
Desirable attributes
- Experience of test and inspection and hold 2391 or 2395
- Hold a current CSCS card.
- Experience following electrical diagrams.
- BMS/HVAC Industry Experience
Rates of pay dependant on experience. Immediate start available.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
