What you’ll do
We’re looking for a Content and Campaigns Executive to join our Marketing & Client Development team in Exeter on a full-time and permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of campaigns, content and internal communications across the firm, ensuring high-quality, audience-led messaging across all channels. You’ll coordinate projects, produce and edit content, and help deliver both internal and external communications effectively.
Working closely with the Content and Campaigns Manager and colleagues across the business, you’ll support integrated campaigns, create materials such as articles and case studies, and ensure all content is clear, engaging and aligned to the firm’s brand and tone of voice.
You’ll deliver key internal communications, maintain internal channels, and support targeted messaging across the firm. You’ll also coordinate the legal directories process, support email marketing activity, and assist with reporting by gathering performance data and insights.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills while playing an important role in delivering consistent, high-quality communications across the firm.
Who you are
Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a marketing communications role, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment, and are confident working with stakeholders across different levels of the business. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, where you can build strong relationships and contribute to delivering high-quality communications.
You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a strong attention to detail. You take a structured and proactive approach to your work, ensuring everything you produce is accurate and aligned to agreed standards.
You have strong communication skills and can confidently adapt your style for different audiences and channels, producing content that is clear, engaging and consistent in tone. You’re comfortable using systems and tools such as email marketing and reporting platforms, and are motivated to continue developing your skills while improving how work is delivered.
Above all, you take pride in producing high-quality work, collaborate effectively with others and approach everything you do with professionalism and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
