Full job description

Job Summary
We are currently recruiting qualified and reliable Group Fitness Instructors to deliver structured classes across a network of partner gyms in the Peterborough, March and Wisbech area.

We are specifically seeking instructors experienced in:

Yoga
Circuits / Functional Training
Kettlebells
Spin / Indoor Cycling

Role Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, structured group fitness classes
Ensure sessions are safe, engaging, and suitable for a range of fitness levels
Maintain a professional standard when representing the business within partner facilities
Build positive relationships with gym members and staff
Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions

Class Schedule

Early morning availability required (classes starting from 6:15am)
Additional daytime and evening sessions may be available
Some travel between locations may be required

Requirements

Relevant fitness qualification (Level 2 Gym Instructor minimum; Level 3 or specialist certifications preferred depending on class type)
Proven experience delivering group fitness classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of reliability and professionalism
Access to own transport is preferred

£30 per class (premium rate for early morning sessions)
