Position: Site Manager – Property Development (Full-time)

Job Description:

The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing site staff, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage, supervise, and coordinate all on-site activities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, prepare daily site reports, and address any delays or issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.
Maintain accurate site records, including timesheets, material usage, and incident reports.
Ensure proper site security, logistics, and housekeeping.
Maintain strong neighbour and stakeholder relations.

Project Details

Randolph Street, Oxford (2026): Two townhouses, six flats located to the south-east of Oxford City centre. 5,688 sq ft.

Salary and Benefits:

Annual Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Pension: In compliance with employer pension duties under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2008
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days’ paid annual leave plus bank holidays
