We are looking for a commercially minded Junior PR Manager to lead earned media activitiy for CurrentBody. This is a unique opportunity to own PR strategy across multiple international markets, working with agency partners across the UK, Germany, France, Hong Kong and Australia to drive both brand awareness and commercial performance. CurrentBody is the largest brand within The Beauty Tech Group and one of the most recognised names in beauty technology globally.
You'll sit at the intersection of editorial storytelling and commercial PR, shaping how CurrentBody shows up in the media whilst using affiliate and revenue data to inform decisions, measure impact and maximise results.
What you'll be doing:

Owning and delivering the CurrentBody PR strategy across multiple international markets, aligned to brand and commercial objectives.

Acting as a key guardian of the CurrentBody brand narrative, creating press releases, founder commentary, statements and media materials that reflect the brand voice consistently.

Managing and developing relationships with PR agencies across the UK, Germany, France, Hong Kong and Australia, ensuring activity delivers against agreed KPIs.

Using affiliate platforms including Skimlinks and AWIN to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and drive commercially impactful PR activity.

Tracking earned media performance, coverage, revenue contribution and CPA metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Working closely with Performance Marketing, Affiliate, SEO and Brand teams to align messaging and maximise the impact of earned media activity.

Supporting product launches, campaigns and key brand moments with integrated PR strategies designed to drive awareness, engagement and sales.

Leading agency reviews, providing performance feedback and identifying opportunities to strengthen results across markets.

Building relationships with key editors, journalists and media contacts to increase brand visibility and strengthen CurrentBody's position within the beauty technology category.

Sharing editorial insights across the wider business, helping teams understand media trends, content opportunities and what resonates with journalists and consumers.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
Essential
-
4+ years' experience within PR, Communications or Earned Media.

Experience managing external agencies and delivering multi-market PR campaigns.

Strong copywriting skills with experience producing press releases, media pitches and executive commentary.

Working knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Skimlinks and AWIN.

Commercial mindset with experience reporting on revenue, CPA and performance metrics.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience within beauty, beauty technology, consumer goods, wellness or lifestyle brands.
