As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer/Appointment Maker to become an important part of our team.
This isn't just another call centre job. You'll be introducing businesses to solutions that genuinely help them, booking appointments for our experienced sales team, and being rewarded for your success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to businesses across the South East of England.
- Starting engaging conversations about our professional IT support and services.
- Identifying opportunities and booking appointments with key decision-makers.
- Keeping accurate records in our Halo PSA CRM system.
- Working towards achievable targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous experience in high-volume telemarketing.
- Has a proven track record of appointment setting.
- Enjoys speaking to new people and builds rapport quickly.
- Is confident, self-motivated, positive, and resilient.
- Has excellent communication and listening skills.
- Is comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based applications.
