Job Title: Content and Training Delivery Lead (hybrid/flexible working)
Contract: 12 months fixed term
At the Royal Horticultural Society, we believe in the power of gardening to enrich lives and shape a greener future. We are seeking a Content and Training Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in how we inspire and support learners in their professional horticulture journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of our professional and work-based learning programmes, including RHS Qualifications, professional development, apprenticeships, and studentships. You will also help to shape a coherent, lifelong learning offer that connects professional training, qualifications and home gardening education across the RHS.
Working across our gardens, approved centres and digital platforms, you will bring together expertise from our education, horticulture, science, advisory and curatorial teams to create high-quality, engaging learning experiences. As a senior subject specialist, you will help ensure that RHS knowledge is translated into accessible, impactful content that supports both aspiring professionals and passionate gardeners.
You’ll be a confident leader with experience in delivering education or training, skilled at working across complex organisations, and motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of horticultural learning.
You will:
Lead the delivery of RHS professional and work-based learning programmes
- Curate an integrated suite of training across audiences and formats
- Work collaboratively across teams to bring RHS expertise to life through learning
- Champion learner experience, quality and continuous improvement

Experience delivering education or professional training programmes
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of horticulture or environmental learning
- A passion for widening access to gardening and lifelong learning
