About us:

FastHeal Pharmacy and clinic is a local community pharmacy located in bagshot village

Role: Dispensing Assistant / Trainee
Type: Permanent Part time/ Full time

Job Description
The main role is to work well with the team of other dispensers and the pharmacist to help prepare medications and deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally.

We are looking for a regular Saturday staff member, as well as some days during the week too, to be set by the manager.

Experience is preferred but if not training and courses will be provided from us, helping to build your career and future in the pharmacy industry!

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role are but not limited to:

Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager
Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed and labelled accurately and in a timely manner
To monitor stock levels and adapt orders appropriately
Answering telephone queries appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently
serve customers and help advise and hand out medication
Any other tasks detailed out by the manager or pharmacist

Essential Criteria

Great communication skills
Confidence with speaking to patients in a professional manner
Excellent Customer Service

Desirable Criteria

Experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not required, training will be provided on site if needed.
