Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and confidence through expert beauty treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service and personalised beauty solutions. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Duties

Perform specialised beauty treatments
Provide personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Promote additional services or products to enhance client experience and satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in beauty treatments including manicure, pedicure, gels, waxing, massage and facials. Novalash qualified/experienced would be desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Previous experience working in a salon or spa environment is desirable

We would consider both employed or self employed contract and the successful candidate would need to be available for evening and weekend hours as part of their working week.
