About Us

We’re a fast-growing bakery focused on producing high-quality bakes with consistency, care, and attention to detail. As we grow, we’re putting more emphasis on refining recipes, improving processes, and developing new products, and that’s where you come in.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled baker or pastry chef who takes real pride in their craft and wants to go beyond just following recipes.

You’ll be:

Working across our core range (pastry, buns, brownies, cookies, cakes)
Helping maintain and improve consistency, finish, and quality
Contributing to recipe refinement and new product development
Playing a key role in shaping how we scale production without compromising standards

This is a role for someone who cares about the details (texture, bake, finish) and wants to be part of building something properly.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in a bakery or pastry environment
Strong technical understanding of baking and pastry
Someone who notices the difference between good and great
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production kitchen
Reliable, organised, and takes ownership of their work

Most importantly, you want to be involved in the creative side of the process, not just the output.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Baking: 2 years (required)
