The Opportunity
As our Practice Co-ordinator, you will become a key part of the day-to-day leadership of the practice, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional patient and team experience.
Your role will include:
✔ Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy private dental practice
✔ Helping create an exceptional, welcoming and organised patient journey
✔ Supporting and motivating the team, promoting high standards and positivity
✔ Coordinating clinician diaries and optimising appointment utilisation
✔ Supporting patient growth, retention and service development initiatives
✔ Building local relationships and helping raise awareness of the practice within the community
✔ Supporting local events, partnerships and business engagement opportunities
✔ Helping maintain high compliance and CQC standards (with full support from our Compliance Lead)
✔ Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and the overall patient experience
✔ Bringing ideas, confidence and initiative to help move the practice forward
About You
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has previous dental practice experience (essential)
✔ Is naturally organised and confident managing multiple priorities
✔ Has experience in a senior receptionist, lead nurse, treatment coordinator or supervisory role
✔ Enjoys leading, supporting and motivating people
✔ Understands the importance of exceptional private patient care
✔ Is confident managing appointment diaries and patient communication
✔ Has a warm, professional and solutions-focused approach
✔ Is proactive, confident and happy taking ownership of responsibilities
✔ Enjoys improving systems and making a positive difference
Bonus Experience (Desirable)
- Experience in private dentistry
- Marketing, networking or patient growth initiatives
- Experience supporting compliance, systems or operational improvements
