About this role
The Events Intern plays a hands‑on role in planning and delivering a wide range of University events — from open days to graduate celebrations, and key moments in the student recruitment calendar. You’ll be right at the heart of creating memorable experiences for prospective students, their families, and our wider community.

Working within our friendly and experienced Events Team, you’ll support every stage of the event cycle: planning, logistics, set‑up, on‑the‑day delivery, and post‑event evaluation. No two days look the same, and you’ll quickly build real‑world skills in organisation, communication, teamwork, and customer service. Some evening and weekend work will be required during major University‑wide events.

About You
We’re looking for a proactive University of Chichester graduate who’s excited to dive into the world of events. This 12‑month internship is designed to help you grow your confidence, build your CV, and gain experience that will support your future career.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have an interest in events, marketing, communications or student engagement
Enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service
Bring strong organisational skills and can juggle multiple deadlines
Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in
Want to contribute to shaping the experience of future Chichester students
