About The Role:

SHIFT PATTERN - Monday - Friday

Due to the continued growth of OCS, we are recruiting a Security Manager to oversee operations for a specific customer and site. This role is a key position, responsible for leading the security team, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the on-site security team, ensuring effective delivery of all security operations.
Oversee staff rotas, payroll queries, and the Timegate system.
Manage recruitment, agency cover, holidays, sickness, and staff welfare.
Conduct monthly 1-to-1s, team meetings, and training sessions.
Handle HR matters, compliance, and health & safety requirements.
Maintain SOPs, KPI reporting, and oversee fire system checks and evacuation drills.
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, the client, and the Operations Manager.

Key Hiring Criteria

Valid SIA Licence (MG required; DS and CCTV preferred).
IOSH qualification desirable.
Previous management/security industry experience (large site experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
IT proficiency (Microsoft Office; Timegate experience desirable).
Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence.
