Full job description

Borg Woodwork Designs Ltd is a luxury bespoke joinery and furniture company working on high-end residential projects across the UK.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive person to work closely alongside the director and help support the day-to-day running of the business.

This role would suit someone who is naturally organised, enjoys variety and can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment. Previous PA experience is not essential — personality, organisation and willingness to learn are more important to us.

The role includes

Managing schedules and calendars
Organising emails and client communication
Assisting with quotes, invoices and project admin
Coordinating deliveries, suppliers and logistics
Helping keep projects and timelines organised
Booking travel and accommodation
General day-to-day operational support
Frequent travel to and from London, sometimes at short notice
