About Us
Breaker Surfacing Ltd is a growing surfacing and groundworks contractor delivering high-quality commercial and domestic projects across Lincolnshire and throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking 7.5 Tonne Tipper Driver / Labourer to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day, is happy to get stuck in on site, and takes pride in representing the company professionally.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate a 7.5 tonne tipper lorry to and from sites.
- Load, unload and transport materials, plant and equipment.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and well maintained.
- Assist the site team with general labouring duties when deliveries are complete.
- Help maintain company vehicles, plant and equipment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with entitlement to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle (Category C1 or above).
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Ability to travel to and from our yard in Whaplode, Lincolnshire each working day.
- CIS Self-Employed status.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Willingness to carry out labouring duties on site as part of the team.
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Experience in tarmac surfacing.
- Experience in groundworks.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience driving tipper vehicles within the construction industry.

Additional Requirements

- Stay away from home when required.
- Work occasional Saturdays to meet project requirements.
