Software Expert – Junior Interior Designer
Real Animation Works is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team.
We work closely with interior designers and architects on a variety of residential and commercial projects. In addition to design work, we also provide professional software training courses to our clients, so we are looking for someone interested in both design practice and teaching/training.
Key Software Requirements
Applicants must have good working knowledge of:
- Vectorworks
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
Bonus skills:
- InDesign
- 3D visualisation/rendering experience
What We Are Looking For
- Strong passion for interior design and architecture
- Good understanding of space planning and technical drawings
- Ability to produce plans, sections, elevations, and layouts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on Saturdays (essential)
- Interest in teaching or delivering software lessons to clients
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced creative studio
Role Responsibilities
- Assisting on live interior design projects
- Producing CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Creating 3D models and visualisations
- Supporting presentations and material boards
- Working closely with senior designers
- Assisting with software training sessions and client support
