Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will support the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and helping grow the online presence of Anko Studios.
This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or aspiring marketers looking to build real-world experience in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Support content creation including captions, blogs, short-form videos, and promotional graphics
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Help manage social media engagement and community interactions
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple analytics reports
- Assist with email marketing and audience outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with designers and content creators on marketing projects
- Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media
- Basic understanding of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or social media analytics is an advantage
- Previous personal or academic marketing projects are a plus
