We are seeking an Investment Associate (Debt) to join our team to support the deployment of the South East Investment Fund (Debt) . This new £59m fund will offer loans, £75,000 - £2m, to growth SME's within the South East of England.
Job Purpose:
To support the successful deployment of debt funds across the Southeast and East, and to help raise their profile in the region by:
- supporting fund deployment activities and delivery
- promoting the funds to strengthen awareness and engagement with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:
- Graduate calibre with relevant experience in business, finance, or business studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with a wide range of stakeholders and business clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- High level of IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organised and diligent working style, with experience using CRM systems to manage, monitor, and track lending and proposal activities.
AI curiosity with appetite to develop skills to improve process efficiencies
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn and develop new skills.
