Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑focused QHSE Officer/Manager to support and strengthen our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the site. This role is key to ensuring compliance, maintaining audit readiness, and promoting a safe, high‑quality products and working environment.
You will work closely with production, warehouse, engineering, and management teams to uphold company policies, drive improvements, and support day‑to‑day QHSE activities.
Duties
- Support the maintenance of QHSE systems.
- Support internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Support to maintain compliance with UK HSE regulations
- Maintain documentation, training records, and QHSE logs
- Support environmental monitoring, waste management, and sustainability initiatives
- Liaise with external auditors, contractors, and regulatory bodies
We’re Looking For
- Experience in a QHSE, Quality, Health & Safety role (construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and support multiple departments
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
