Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Welder Fabricator to join our team in Skelmersdale. This is a permanent, day-shift role involving a mix of medium to heavy fabrication work, with some thin gauge materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- MIG and TIG welding across a variety of materials and thicknesses
- Fabrication and assembly of components to engineering drawings
- Working on projects within nuclear, subsea, and oil & gas sectors
- Ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience with medium to heavy fabrication (thin material experience also required)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
