Location: Network Rail - Ashford
Job Type: Full-time

Shift Rota: 4on 4off (12Hour Shifts)

Main Duties

Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable
Welcome clients and visitors warmly:
- Issue and manage ID badge's
Operate:
- Phones
- Emails
- IT systems
- CCTV
- Alarm systems
- Access control (doors and car park)
Monitor and respond to:
- Suspicious activity
- Potential criminal behaviour
Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive
Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager

Person Specification

Previous security experience preferred
Flexible approach to working hours

Knowledge & Requirements

Understanding of:

- Criminal and Civil Law
- Police and Criminal Evidence Act
SIA Licence - (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) – Essential
