What you’ll do
- Plan, coordinate and deliver conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution.
- Build strong client relationships and create tailored event proposals that exceed expectations.
- Manage logistics: venue setup, catering coordination, AV/technical requirements and on-the-day operations.
- Work with suppliers, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient delivery.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets and post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify and promote upsell opportunities to boost revenue and enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure every event meets health, safety and licensing standards.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote events and drive bookings.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in events, meetings or hospitality coordination.
- Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Experience with guest services and front-of-house operations.
- Familiarity with event management software is desirable.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
