- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5-Why.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
Others : Experience in automotive quality or product engineering roles within the industry, ideally with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.

The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) will lead and coordinate quality activities during the product development phase. The AQE ensures all quality deliverables are in place to meet customer expectations and compliance standards. This role is critical in launching new programs successfully and ensuring consistent quality performance.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Program Quality Planning
- Lead quality related APQP activities from concept through to SOP (Start of Production).
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans and Work Instructions.
- Participate in DFMEA and PFMEA reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Act as the quality interface between the customer and internal departments during project phases.
2. Customer Interface & Compliance
- Represent CT Automotive in relevant customer meetings and audits regarding quality matters.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR) and IATF 16949 standards.
- Support customer PPAP submissions, ensuring timely and complete documentation.
3. Quality Documentation & Risk Management
- Prepare and review PPAP, IMDS, MSA, SPC, and other required documentation.
- Monitor and mitigate product and process risks using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
- Support test and validation planning in line with DV/PV requirements.
4. Process Readiness & Launch Support
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to ensure robust process readiness.
- Lead quality gate reviews and support launch readiness audits.
- Validate inspection standards, testing procedures, and gauge R&R studies.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify lessons learned and incorporate feedback into future projects.
- Monitor quality KPIs during launch and drive corrective actions where needed.
- Support the transition of projects from development to series production.
