Location: Nucleus Financial, Salisbury - SP1 2BP
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Working pattern: Monday - Friday (2-hour shifts) 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Total: 10 hours per week

We work with some very well-known brands and have a large portfolio of clients. We provide daily cleaning services, industrial cleaning, window and building cleaning, washroom services, and much more!

Job Summary:

As a Cleaner, you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly team working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

You will manage and complete various cleaning tasks safely and effectively, promptly reporting any issues and safety hazards. Your safety is critical to us, so we will ensure you know our latest policies and provide the necessary training to perform your role.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Responsible to the Team Leader.

As a Cleaning operative, you will be expected to:

Provide cleaning services within our clients’ sites, ensuring high-quality service provision and excellent customer satisfaction.
Complete cleaning tasks, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washrooms, and other duties.
Ensure good working relationships with work and site employees.
Keep up-to-date with good working practices, products, and techniques to ensure and maintain knowledge.
Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
Comply with current Health and Safety Legislation.

To be successful in the cleaning operative role, the skills you will need:

Self-motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
Organisational skills.
Awareness of relevant Health and safety practices and procedures.
Commercial cleaning experience: 1 year (preferred).

If you are successful in being invited for an interview, you must bring identification and proof of address.

Option A (Photo Identification): A valid passport or driving licence.
Option B (Proof of Address): A recent utility bill, bank statement, driving licence (if not used in Option A), or other official document dated within the last three months.

Alternative forms of identification and proof of address may be accepted for foreign nationals who may not have these documents. Please inform us in advance if this applies to you.
