Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging with clients, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role is suitable for individuals who are organised, communicative, and eager to contribute to our company's growth.

Duties

Assist customers by providing detailed product information and personalised recommendations
Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective client engagement
Maintain organised records of sales activities and customer interactions using WhatsApp
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally
Contribute to organising promotional events or campaigns to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Effective time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
