Truly Beauty Salon is growing, and we’re looking for a talented part-time Beautician / Nail Technician / Salon Assistant to join our friendly, passionate team.

Located in a beautiful, busy town centre salon in Tonbridge, Kent, we’re proud of our loyal client base and consistently full diaries. Due to increasing demand, we’re excited to expand our team with someone who shares our passion for beauty, client care, and high standards.

About the Role:

This is a varied role suited to an experienced, confident beauty professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced salon environment.

Alongside delivering exceptional treatments, you’ll also support the day-to-day running of the salon, including:

Booking and managing client appointments
Answering telephone enquiries
Diary management
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workspace
Supporting the wider team with general salon operations

We’re searching for someone who is:

- Experienced, qualified and confident across multiple beauty treatments

-Friendly, professional and naturally great with people

-An excellent communicator with strong listening skills

-Able to work independently while thriving as part of a team

- Calm, organised and proactive during busy periods

-Detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and values high standards

At Truly Beauty, we’re a team of perfectionists who genuinely love what we do. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, positivity, and a fun, bubbly personality to match our salon culture. A true passion for the beauty industry and outstanding customer service is essential.

Essential Skills & Treatments:

Applicants must be fully qualified and competent in:

Waxing
Brow lamination, brow waxing & tinting
Gel manicures & pedicures
BIAB application & nail extensions
Lash lifts & tints
Facials

Bonus Skills (Desirable but not Essential)

Eyelash extensions – Classic, Hybrid & Russian techniques
Microdermabrasion
Hair Extensions

Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty qualification (or equivalent) – Required
NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy – Preferred

Experience: 2+ years salon experience
