What You’ll Be Doing
Core (Automation Operations)
- Build and QA marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages) in Marketo
- Support campaign workflows and monitor performance
- Analyse campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions)
- Recommend improvements through testing (e.g. A/B testing)
- Troubleshoot issues (deliverability, engagement drops, tracking errors)
- Continuously improve processes and suggest smarter ways of working
- Collaborate with teams across the business to keep campaigns on track
Cross-Functional Experience
Design Content
- Support creative briefs and adapt content
- Make basic edits in Adobe tools
- Manage digital assets in Adobe Experience Manager
Marketing Technology
- Learn Marketo Engage (enterprise marketing automation platform)
- Build and deploy campaigns and landing pages
- Use tokens and simple scripting for personalised marketing
Data Insights
- Pull and interpret reports (GA4, Power BI, Marketo)
- Build dashboards and share insights
- Provide recommendations to improve performance
Social Channel Marketing
- Support planning and scheduling of campaigns
- Help measure campaign success
- Ensure consistent messaging across channels
Ways of Working
- Use tools such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Aprimo, Asana, and Confluence
- Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners
- Follow processes, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards
- Ensure compliance with data, privacy, and approval processes
