What You’ll Be Doing
As Lettings Manager, you’ll be leading a brilliant team, smashing targets, growing the business and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
Your day-to-day might include:

Leading your team to hit their targets

Business generation and conducting letting appraisals

Building great relationships with clients and the local community

Coaching and mentoring staff (because you're only as good as your team)

Driving new business and promoting the Reeds Rains brand

Keeping abreast of property legislation and compliance
What You’ll Need

Experience in Lettings (Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, or Manager level

Strong leadership skills – in coaching, motivating, and inspiring

Commercial know-how and a drive to grow business

Confident communication and top-notch customer service

The ability to travel to properties to conduct appointments on a regular basis
