A day in the life as an Administrator -
Responsibilities Include:
-
Logging faults/breakdowns on our fleet management system and spreadsheets.

Tracking progress of vehicles when they are in the garages and updating clients accordingly.

Logging all updates on fleet management system.

Opening jobs for planned maintenance ahead of their arrival at the repairer.

Booking planned maintenance inspections and e-mailing confirmation to customers and garages.

Answering/dealing with phone calls/taking and emailing messages as appropriate.

Chasing suppliers for compliance paperwork when not received in a timely manner, completing reminders.
