What You'll Need
- Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience (essential).
- Experience fabricating and welding mild steel.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Able to work efficiently and meet agreed production timescales.
- Previous coded welding experience in mild steel, or willingness to become coded.
- Press brake, guillotine and forklift experience are advantageous but not essential.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our busy steel fabrication workshop.
Working as part of a small, skilled team, you'll manufacture a wide range of agricultural equipment that is supplied across the UK, alongside machinery repairs and bespoke fabrication work for local customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, problem-solving and producing high-quality fabrications rather than repetitive manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities
- MIG weld and fabricate mild steel components.
- Manufacture new agricultural equipment to a high standard.
- Carry out machinery repairs and bespoke fabrication projects.
- Read and work from engineering drawings where required.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to agreed production schedules.
- Contribute ideas and practical solutions to bespoke customer projects.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
