We are looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Joiner / Maintenance Handyman to join our team in Sherwood, Nottingham.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Joiner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance, and repair tasks . This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in carpentry, joinery, and general construction work to utilise their skills in a dynamic environment. The Maintenance Joiner will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of our premises through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.
The Role
The successful candidate will carry out a variety of joinery and general maintenance tasks, including:
- General joinery and carpentry work
- Repairs and maintenance of doors, locks, kitchens and fixtures
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience in joinery and property maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Own tools preferred
- Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
