Join our award winning team at Glenapp Castle, featured on BBC Amazing Hotels: Life Beyond the Lobby, with a Michelin Key and renowned for our 3 AA Rosette restaurant and Relais & Châteaux affiliation. We are looking for a passionate full time Reception / Operations Administrator to join the “engine room” of the Castle to help make magical moments for guests.

Position Requirements

A strong interest in a career in hospitality.
Good telephone and outstanding communication skills.
Strong organisation and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
Good IT skills and experience of Microsoft Office 365.
Calmness in a busy and pressured environment.
Commercially focused.
Attention to detail.
Must be eligible to Work in the UK .
