Salary: £24,541.10 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £49k+ based on Selling 150 cars, with top performers significantly exceeding)

What We Offer Our Sales Specialists:
- 3 months guaranteed commission to support your start and induction
- Uncapped commission structure with higher bandings for top performers no minimum targets
- £23,500 starting basic salary, with the potential to increase based on volume and performance
