Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, New Home Sales Advisor working alternate Saturdays and Sundays based at our McGoff development's in Garstang & Lancaster
The job role includes driving sales, offering exceptional customer service, and promoting our range of new homes to prospective buyers. The role demands excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers from initial inquiry through to reservations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential customers through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth knowledge of available homes, community amenities, and local area features.
- Develop a strong rapport with potential buyers, ensuring their requirements are met with suitable property options
- Negotiate offers and sales terms in line with company policies and the customer’s needs.
- Close deals efficiently, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Selection Process
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the property, retail, or customer service sectors.
- Experience in new home sales or real estate is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including prospective buyers, team members, and management.
- Negotiation Skills: Comfortable negotiating offers and contracts to secure deals.
