The Kithmore, formerly known as the Ardgowan is opening summer 2026. Set across two Georgian townhouses the hotel will feature 44 bedrooms and a 60-cover restaurant and bar. We are looking for passionate, driven, and personable Food & Beverage Servers to be part of this journey.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at The Kithmore, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, memorable experiences to our guests. From breakfast, lunch through to dinner service, you will be part of a team that prides itself on attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding, personalised service across our restaurant and bar
- Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
- Delivering food and beverage service to the highest standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure seamless service
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of menus, wines, and offerings
- Upselling

- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- A positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential
- A desire to learn and grow within a high-performing environment
