Full job description

Multi Trade Person for Maintenance Contract in Cardiff.

At the start, this role is self employed. You would require your own transport and tools. Working directly with management team as a finisher, utilising multi trade skills, support the team with getting work over the line.

Experience could include: plastering, carpentry, windows, ground works, roofing, plumbing etc...

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a variety of trades
- Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment related to the trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
