Nursery: Children 1st Leicester Nursery School by Storal

Address: Tarragon Road, Leicester LE2 7ET
Hours: Full time and part time hours 3- 5 days a week 40 hours or 24 hours
Salary: Up to £13.30ph dependent on qualifications and experience

Qualification: Must hold a level 2 or above in Childcare

Hello, I’m Angela, the Nursery Manager at Leicester.

I am proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team who feel privileged to be part of our children’s early years. We provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Our well-resourced, open-plan setting encourages children to engage in enriching activities that promote independence, communication, and early numeracy skills. To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
