Job Role: Support Worker / Children's Residential Home.

Location: Hyde

Salary: from April 1st 2026 £13.45 per hour (£27,976 per annom) PLUS an additional: £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000 -£6,000 P/A)

We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our family home, caring for children who very active and energetic. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.

The role can be physically demanding and you will need lots of energy to keep up BUT you could be the person to change a life for the better.

What do you need?

Great communication skills, fun, positive and energetic.
Experience and qualifications in chldren's care or transferable skills such as children's nursery, sport, education or early years experience.
Ability to build trusting relationships and be a role model
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
