Full job description

We are always on the look-out for talented individuals to join us at Churchill Integrated Services and in particular at the moment we are looking for an experienced Handyman / PPM Engineer (ideally with an electrical bias) to join the team. This is a mobile role to complete building checks on the emergency lighting, water tap temperatures, general building maintenance / condition for our clients, plus basic electrical tasks, such as changing sockets and lights etc if possible.

You will be ideally located within striking distance of Macclesfield for ease of access to all our clients but it is not essential.

About You;

Full training will be given to carry out all of these tasks so, as long as you’re an experienced and proactive “Handyman / Handywoman” or a multi-skilled Engineer, you’ll have no trouble completing these PPM (planned preventative maintenance) tasks.

You will ensure that all planned maintenance is carried out to meet and exceed expectations whilst ensuring that the agreed SLAs are met

You will ideally have experience and a proven ability to carry out

PPM building checks on emergency lighting
water tap temperatures
general building maintenance / condition

alongside basic electrical tasks, such as changing sockets and lights etc. For the right candidate we may offer electrical training to carry out further general electrical works.

Offered in return;

Up to £33k PLUS travel PLUS overtime

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
