We are looking for a proactive Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our international shipping operations across air and sea freight.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring goods move efficiently through the supply chain—working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinating international shipments (air & sea freight) from supplier to delivery
- Managing import/export documentation and supporting customs compliance
- Liaising with freight forwarders and couriers to ensure on-time delivery
- Tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues proactively
- Supporting internal teams with freight quotes and logistics planning
- Monitoring freight costs and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate shipment, duty, and ERP data
What You Will Bring
- Experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain role
- Working knowledge of import/export processes and shipping documentation
- Experience dealing with freight forwarders (air and sea)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments at once
- Good Excel and general IT skills (ERP experience)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
